Rep Site Survey Process
Eligibility Requirements
Do not attempt a self-performed survey if the home falls outside these criteria:
- Roof type must be composition shingle only (no tile, metal, flat, etc.)
- No existing solar systems (add-on projects are not eligible)
- No vaulted or cathedral ceilings
- No mobile or manufactured homes

SCHEDULE THE SITE SURVEY
As of right now, RDCL is Axia's primary site survey partner. They also use Exactus, and you're welcome to experiment with both to see which option you prefer. Do not schedule a site survey unless you have a signed customer agreement.
FILL OUT THE HANDOFF FORM
Once the sale is complete, you should receive a handoff email from Axia. Within that email, you'll find an intake form where you'll verify the customer's contact info and upload their utility bill.
If you do not receive the handoff email or experience any issues getting it to save, upload the bill and any necessary info into Monday.com and tag Sam Sampson.
FILL OUT THE PROJECT SUBMISSION FORM
This form pushes the project details into our CRM - Monday.com. Submit all project details and necessary files through this form to trigger the project creation on Trio’s end.
